Leveraging student familiarity with social networking technologies, this project will develop two examples of social networking environments (in Education and Graduate School of Medicine) that support the learning-teaching-research nexus; along with identification of how students and staff participate in a learning community facilitated by social networking technology; documented case studies of the experience and outcome of each community; and, a model for learning community.
The project is funded through a UOW Educational Strategy Development Fund grant and through support of the Graduate School of Medicine and Education.
